I do remember the first time I was asked, as a 4yo in 1957, what I wanted to do. My answer was to be President.  Never thought about it again for the next 65 years, until 2022.  I am dedicated to give it all I have because I'm all but 100% sure that I can do it better than anyone else.  I have been preparing all my life for this job, now I feel it's time.

Honesty and fairness with everyone.  Keeping promises.  I am committed at any cost to these 3 principles even where others aren't.  Another thing I feel made me what I am today, came after something I had heard in church, when I was 6 in 1959 living in Compton CA (I was born in Iowa), which was that god was everywhere and you never know when you will come in contact with God and that you always had to treat everyone like God.  Because you never knew.  God could be testing you.  I never break a promise; I am always honest and fair.  

Dropping out of college in the 70s (premed) and not knowing where to go, finally in 2012, I said to myself it’s now or never, then I started law school, six years later I became an attorney at 67.  I’ve been a very independent attorney for seven years. It’s been the best possible steppingstone I could’ve imagined, to my next job, and has given me everything else I needed. I love the California Bar. I loved taking the exam, and I was able to take it three times. I've been involved in multiple areas, including, civil litigation, bankruptcy, family law, landlord-tenant, and probate law.  I dealt with the legal system but didn't compromise principles.    

The name "illiwatt" came to me in a dream. One night back in 1983 I was dreaming that I was in an enchanted forest. In my dream I was above a path in the forest and saw from a higher level that dangerous individuals were coming along the path, and in the dream, I was told (by a voice in my dream) that "what happened next was an illiwatt, and when the animals heard it they all started to run." Simultaneously, in that same instance (in reality) three individuals, who had broken into my house, were just about to come into my bedroom, I flew out of my bed (still in my dream) and woke up almost on top of them.  It saved my life.  This put me within a foot or two of them just as they were entering my room.  I got the drop on them, it turned into a standoff, everyone froze for that instance not knowing what to do.  Almost simultaneously I started suggesting (to the apparent head guy) an easy out resolution, giving them some token valuables, and without saying a word, they took what I gave them and left.  When I recently found the name was available, it made me feel things were coming together.  www.illiwatt.com

In time sections will be added.  This website is for the voters who want more.  I am determined to give this campaign everything I have.  If I had to estimate how many hours (all on my own) I put into the words, photos and design of my 3 websites, I would conservatively say well over 1500 hours.   I am serious about this.  The majority of time is spent thinking and making changes, refining the message.   www.PresidentRay.com
